If you are an employee, it will cost you nothing at all to find out if you have cause for concern by entering your information into our FREE REVIEW form. Remember though, your free review with us does not include, among other things:
  • Contacting the other party
  • Going to meetings
  • Attendances at mediation

Employers should be aware that it is important to provide us with as much relevant detail and documentation as possible during your first consultation. If you are in any doubt about what we will be needing, please feel free to contact us before you come to find out.

What you need to bring with you to your consultation appointment:
  • The relevant employment agreement;
  • Identification (if you are the employee);
  • The other party's full details (Legal name, postal address, contact details, email address);
  • If you've seen Baywide Community Law (Tga) or any other advocate or consultant, we need a copy of the full file from them to know what they have already done for you;
  • Any documents you have that may relate in any way to your matter.
We look forward to seeing you.
